Here at Akton, we are enjoying a strong period of growth and are on the look out for talented individuals to join us. We are specifically looking to recruit Delivery Consultants/Account Managers to service our large base of current clients.
We currently have openings within our Executive and Interim (Corporate Services), Social Care and Technical divisions.
On offer are competitive basic salaries, dependent on experience and uncapped commission up to 40%.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who perhaps feels they do not currently have a large enough market share or lack progression opportunities within their current business as we are on the look out for ambitious people who want to push themselves and progress within a business.
Responsibilities
Finding and matching excellent candidates to clients needs
Create and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to better understand and achieve their needs
Manage the process form outset to placement
Qualifications/Requirements
Previous recruitment experience
Demonstrable billing record
Abler to work in an organised and efficient manner
