Are you a qualified or experienced Surveyor looking for a new role to broaden your skills?
Key features:
* Dealing with complex large projects involving our properties with tenants, disrepair work, mentoring the team and assisting with advice on repairs to our properties.
* There will many escalations from tenants, director, complaints team that need to be handled and responded to.
* Allocation of cases and covering the team to ensure performance is high and evidenced on the job management system and crm.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Qualified Surveyor with numerous year’s experience.
* Experience working within properties
* Team player
