Project Support Officer
£15-£16 an hour
* Provide administrative support to either the Programme Manager or the Street works team.
* Responsible for assisting delivery of projects across the Highways and Transport disciplines.
* Taking the responsibility for communications between various stakeholders and internal parties.
* Maintaining records, updating the project delivery plan, organising meetings, and providing financial support.
* In the Street works team, the role is responsible for the processing of temporary traffic management orders.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Relevant technical qualification, i.e., HND/HNC/Degree and/or professional qualification equivalent experience.
* For Street works team – understanding and experience of temporary traffic management orders.
* Experience in communicating all stages of the project cycle to all levels of stakeholders. Organising meetings, updating relevant project documents.
