Building Surveyor

£325 a day
40 Hours
Key Features:
* To carry out investigations and surveys as required to inform project scope and develop works specifications and tender documents.
* To provide construction design and delivery expertise to ensure projects are commissioned in a way to meet client expectations.
* To ensure rapid response to urgent reactive works as may be required, ensuring health and safety risks managed.
* To monitor and manage the capital works budget for the programme, ensuring proper budget planning is in place.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Hold a relevant qualification or accreditation (RICS, MCIOB).
* A relevant health and safety qualification e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH.
* Project Management qualification.
* Experience of successfully delivering construction and/or building services.
